This song is not about teenage angst. This song was written when Doug was in his mid 20's. It is about (obviously) a girl who cheated on him and sucker punched him, breaking a tooth. The saddest line for me is "the love I thought I'd won, you give for free".

...SONG OF THE DAY!!! 🤘🏿ULTRAMEGAROLOTA🤘🏿13/12/2020

@elephantricity9 жыл бұрын
Justmiss jamey Have you ever been in a band? Dealing with someone in the band who is a drug user or is shady themselves is DETRIMENTAL to a new developing band. Sometimes the best thing to do is to kick them out even though they were an important piece. At least they were honest enough to give him writing credits for those songs. But only if Doug was still alive, just imagine all the other songs he would have wrote.
