For those who are confused about the 200 million that Tsukuyo is always saying, there are 2 reasons. 1st is if you're a courtesan, you are usually sold to Yoshiwara to pay off you or your family's debt, so if you want to take a woman out of Yoshiwara you have to pay the debt. The other reason is that high class courtesans are priced really high on how much they can bring in in terms of money, and if the owner of the establishment gives you a price, you have to pay that to bring her out of Yoshiwara. The thing is, both cases do not apply to Tsukuyo because she is neither in debt, nor even a courtesan in the first place.
