I love this podcast! I think Melanie and Melissa’s differences in how they make decisions and handle stress is very indicative of their birth order. I’m the youngest in my family, but I have friends who are the eldest sister and the traits add up. I find that so interesting!

See this is why I love perspective and engage in these podcasts !! Because when I first watched that TGT episode I couldn’t see or hear past all of the ego and arrogance I was hearing. But now that I hear yalls perspective, from women who I deem to be very well accomplished and established with lots of experience in profession settings; I now can see his angle! I think maybe it was his delivery so I couldn’t pick up what he was putting down. Mind you this is coming from someone who will scream a Tyrese song and can say all of his lines in movies lol.
