I actually cried for him at the end of the show and when he was at the reunion. I didn’t know the sweet, intelligent guy he was until this interview but I absolutely knew all along that he didn’t deserve the harsh way she treated him. I’m sure he wasn’t perfect behind the scenes, but still nobody deserves the harshness that she unleashed on him. She could have handled that so much better.

I've heard Cole being described as golden retriever energy... he absolutely is. I am quite of fond of how he presents himself wholly and honestly. He seems to have a secure ego, one that does not need to prove itself or demean others. Way to go Cole! I am rooting for you. On another note, he is totally right, Zanab came into this with those insecurities then projected them onto everything else. She wanted to destroy him but it backfired.

I don't think Zanab planned anything, I think unconsciously her mind operated conspiring against her to make her feel not enough, because of her childhood. Cole reminds me of Mr.Peanut Butter from Bojack Horseman. His personality truly gives golden retriever but in such a positive way. It’s really cool to see him grow more and really take away something from this experience. I was friends with someone like Zay and I still struggle to understand what the fuck would possess someone to act this way. I really think the girls of the cast are being manipulated by her and some of them will eventually see her for what she really is and break away. It’s really a wild experience to be played by someone like this because they are SO convincing in the good times. What's crazy is they have released the After the Alter episodes (a year later) and everyone (the girls and Brennan) still seems to believe her and not like him. It's so weird! Did they watch the same show that we watched? Did Cole pay someone off to not show all the bad stuff? My mind is blown. They need to redeem themselves and give him his own show. The only thing he did that was sus, was his interaction with Colleen... (was that he name?)... and if we are all being real... they meet someone and propose in a week... and then get to interact with other people they were interested in. After a week, naturally you might not 100% in with the person you chose. Also, he seems to be just a guy who is radically honest to a fault... he operates and answers in truth... but he didn't consider how his answers might affect other people... like the interaction with Colleen or when he rated the other girls beauty higher that Zanabs. Forgetting that she was the one who said it first. I think it was not only his appearance, which she described as a male Megan Foxx, but the age difference. Society might ask why their together and label her a gold digger. Men will approach her although she is with him and this will create friction. He will start arguments because his self esteem will suffer by the problems in society that will happen sooner or later. Therefore, it is proven that people of similar attractiveness, similar income and similar values do better because those problems will simply not occur - so the relationship will be less problematic. Especially men, do not want to realize that Dating women out of their league is a bad idea and will cause self esteem issues for them in the long run - and they will blame it on the woman

As a therapist and behavior specialist I can professionally say, I would have assessed Zanabe for “Bi-polar” disorder. - but then I watched the reunion and thought Omigosh? Maybe Cole’s manipulation is why Zanabe acted like a rude cold hearted roller-coaster B! Then they showed the truth about her tangerine (Cuties) story where she made Cole out to be a monster - the “TRUTH” was that she LIED about that story and was waaay off … she was a roller coaster of emotions and constantly gaslighted him and Constantly Gaslighted him!. After watching the reunion, let me tell you that my jaw was on the floor. All I want is justice for Cole. Zanab's commentary was mind-blowingly wild, and everyone else's unsolicited opinions about Cole left me dumbfounded. It left me thinking 100% that some of the cast may be paid actors mixed with real people, and the show lost credibility for me. The cherry on top of almost hating Vanessa and Nick was when the show dared to spin the narrative on this "lets sh**t on Cole" bandwagon to show us the clip where Zanab says, "I've only had a banana today..." and Cole says, "...save your appetite." Cole was freaking playing around and not being serious. He even said, "Why haven't you eaten? I offered you a POke bowl earlier." I am 100% team Cole. Nick, and Vanessa make me sick.

I love Cole. He seems so genuine and fun. Zanab complained about everything he did and was never happy with him. IDK what she was expecting but it doesnt suprise me that she is single. Who would actually want a nagging partner like that??

cole has such a sweet personality. he reminds me a lot of my husband in both looks and personality. i felt so much for him with zay and still do. (i can see my own insecurities in her and the way she seems unable to let her own femine energy show, and i know growth will happen for her eventually but man was she toxic).

the way they portrayed Cole on the show was dumb puppy dog. i come away from this interview with a totally different view. he presents in reality as someone who is optimistic, grounded w secure attachment style,self awareness and a personal growth mindset. He is a beautiful person. It is a relief to me that he values himself enough to know that there were lessons to be learned but that Zay was not the one. That lucky lady is out there and I hope when he finds her we all get to meet her❤

How Zanab behaved towards Cole was unacceptable. There are so many helpful lessons for the viewers and the show participants to take away from this season of Love is Blind. In support of Coles continued growth I hope that he will come to understand why the "pool incident" was uncalled for. Being prompted and plied with alcohol by the producers is no reason to lose focus on your fiance. Treating a relationship as sacred and for both parties to whole each others hearts with care is integral. In our attempt to rebalance the scales in the on-going narrative between Zanab and Cole let us not deny him the opportunity to fully blossom by placating him and not asking him the difficult and necessary questions regarding the choices he made.

Agree, we don't need to paint one or the other as the baddie, Cole definitely did things that were wrong, the difference is that Zay wasn't will to acknowledge any wrongdoing.

Thank goodness netflix decided to show the scene because this zanab was so close to destroying this guy. She may be insecure but man... it's hard what she did. This guy is very sensitive, he is touching.
