I really like this workout. It's nice to do even without a step. Some days my aging body just isn't up for as much pressure/force as it endures using the step. This and Gin's other step workouts are great without the step and easier on your joints.

Just did the work out after doing the non-interval step videos and WOW. I was not able to hop/jump but I still sweated like crazy and still sweating while I type this. THANKS!

Really good workout, easy to modify, even then it's very effective! Been working out for a tad over 30 years ;) Had some slip ups but always came back. Nothing feels better, no pill can compare!

Remember getting off the couch after about 200 years, popping this in and saying, okay Gin let's go then! Why do we think we can do that?? Of course I collapsed at 15 seconds.

Love the intensity. First time through, some of the choreography was a little challenging; but LOL it just meant that I had to do some of the sequences twice. Looking for more similar videos of yours!!

Idk why but never failed to think pendulums was the last interval and say, What? Jacks now? Lol. Collapsed early after years away too but working my way back. Turned to this at LEAST hundred evenings while living around harassing neighbors. Was such a great sanctuary-like hour. Great video and workout.

Step Count: 4,250 / 2.6KM. Surprisingly intense. Wow! I sweated gallons and felt knackered after 45 mins. This workout is as good as a full hour. I think it's going to be one of my faves. Thanks, Gin.

I really liked this routine but sadly there were so many adverts, the class was spoilt as you had to keep waiting for ads to finish. Sadly I will not be doing this workout again☹️
