Paani se toh 100% kharab ho jayega. Ginger garlic ko bhi wash karke aur peel karke overnight sookhne ke liye rakhna chahiye. Main bina tel ke mixer mein peeskar 1 tsp mustard oil and 1 tsp vinegar milakar bottle mein bharkar fridge mein rakhti hun ginger, garlic and green chillies alag alag. Zarurat ke hisab se jo chaho use karo. Guest garlic na khayen toh chilly ginger use karti hoon. Very convenient

Oil घर मे मत डालना 😂😂. हम होटल मे इसे 1 महीने चलाते हैँ इसलिए डालते हैँ oil जिस से खराब नहीं होता पेस्ट. अगर 1-2-3 दिन चलना हैँ तोह नहीं डालते oil.
