I have just came across your videos today! I have walked every inch you have many of times. I have lived in Glenrothes my whole life and share the same attitude as you!

Thanks for being nice to Glenrothes! If I'd bumped into you, I'd have bought you a pint, but this'll have to do. Slainté!

5 minutes from my door lol. You missed ladies walk across from the woodside inn, it's a lovely wooded walk into Coaltown of Balgonie. You can walk from Leslie along the river Leven through the town park all the way through Glenrothes and come out the other side and not be on the road once due to underpasses and bridges. The town park is vast with so many paths and so much to see. Some paths are not the best in winter as they are too muddy and slippy but oh so beautiful to see.

Grew up in Glenrothes and its sad to see the state of the Kingdom Centre now compared to what it was like when I was younger. You should do the Pilgrims Way GM. I've done the Markinch to Ceres stretch of the route. Clatto Reservoir is a wee hidden gem on that part. Never knew it existed.

13:03 The water you see down there is the River Leven into the lade for Fourstones Sapphire Mill (we all still call it Fettykil Paper Mill), great video - funny seeing all my favourite places I'm at everyday on camera

Pilgrims way is a must I think 🤔 I used to think Glenrothes was the land of roundabouts but that was a braw wee donder by the river. The viaduct really wiz something 😃 Cannae beat a wee bit street art 🎨

Fife Coastal Path was your best work imho - especially with Baigrie. The Pilgrims Way next summer is a must.

Viaduct is Leslie, old houses at the end of it are Cabbagehall, Leslie. Glenrothes begins at bus stop on end of viaduct :)

@@tiplady44 I knew what you meant , i was just pulling a leg lol , I have lived and still live in Glenrothes since my parents moved to Glenrothes in 1960 from Cowdenbeath , I have seen many changes and seen all the small farms gobbled up to build houses , most areas named after the farms , used to love going to the Viaduct when the small steam trains were still in use from the mills
