Ginger Wine - How to make according to C.J.J Berry

So, still had the sinus infection so started and edited this, 10 days later the must was racked out of the bucket, got my voice back a bit :) Enjoy the video.

I think the sugar would dissolve better if you would have first put it in to the boiling water with the ginger. Easier to stir & dissolve. Then just pour the pot into the bucket. A net bag would be useful too. Have you made an update yet on this? Curious to know how it finished.
