● 2 Tbsp Powdered ginger
● 1 Tbsp Grounded cinnamon (OPCIONAL)
● 1/4 Tbsp Nutmeg (OPCIONAL)
● 1/4 Tbsp Powdered cloves (OPCIONAL)
● 1 Pinch of salt
► ROYAL ICING
● 350g Icing sugar
● 50ml Water
● 10g Albumin (1 and 1/2 tbsp)
