Hi Brandi Joy, what brings me joy everyday is my 2 little pug puppies, they are so silly and funny. It also snowed last night and waking up to see the snow covered landscape is so beautiful to behold the beauty of Gods creation and that brings me joy.

Last year I declared this year was to be a year of joy. I am 74 years old and love to craft. I also learned to quilt in my 60s. This year I am learning a foreign language. My grandchildren live in New Jersey and Virginia. They decided to take grandad and me to Hawaii. We usually don’t travel. But what a surprise. Such joy for us and we will be spending a week with our grandkids. Usually we babysit our other2 grandkids who live nearby. They are both on the autism spectrum and we try to help them see the joy in each accomplishment. My 14 year old granddaughter learned to play the trumpet and she is in the high school marching band. I thought my heart would burst with joy to see her playing and marching on the field. It doesn’t get any better. Everyday we celebrate how far these two kids have come. It has been a very joyful year., and with God’s Grace we can have another year of joy.

JOY!☺The reason I had Joy today and have Joy everyday is that God allows me to wake up and be with my family, friends and loved ones another day. I am 62 years old, love crafting tremendously and am teaching some of my 19 grandbabies to DIY to pass the love of it down. I spend my leisure time watching KZbin DIYers craft because it's their love and desire to pass it down and Brandy, I can tell that you have the love and desire to do the same. I love all of your ideas and DIYs and watching you teach me how to do them!

JOY❤ One thing that has brough me joy today is my newest grandson. He was Due Oct 9th, but was born Sept 5th weighing only 3 lbs 12 ozs. He is now over 6 lbs, and while he does have some heart issues, he is thriving and making our lives so much brighter.
