In the P4 Marking Scheme there are a few mistakes (I think): - In question 6a (iii), You first did write down 52 in your sine rule equation, but then you wrote 58 instead of 52 so that changed your answer to 314 in the end, But I'm pretty sure its 310.0 - In question 7a , you already had a^2b outside the bracket, so 3 would multiply and become 3a^2b anyway, but you wrote a^2b (3a - b), wouldn't that make it 3a^3b ? - Also in 7b, you didn't do x = -21/-3 = 7, which would make the answer x > 7, not x > 3 , right? -In 10a (iii), You accidentally subbed in 2 into 2x + 3, when I think it should've been 3 because the point was (3,14) I think rest was fine? I got 98/130 in this, how do you reckon that is?

@@hanan4081 hey! i sat my igcses last year, and got an A in 0580 Math. I was in a similar situation and went up from a C to an A in 2.5 weeks. I watched ginger mathematician’s videos and then immediately went and solved topic questions until i felt like the content was engraved into my memory (at some point all my dreams were just math equations and questions i solved😭😭). if i still felt like i didnt get it, i asked a friend or a teacher to help explain it to me. After that i jumped to whole past papers. It’s important to do this to get used to the way the question will come in the exam and at some point you may notice a pattern in the questions! As for resources, i used: • the textbook provided by my school • as previously mentioned, ginger mathematician’s videos • savemyexams revision notes, and topic questions • i scoured through reddit and found a bunch of notes, i dont have them tho :( but i think i still have notes similar to them. let me know if you’d like those and ill try to find them! (cant make any promises tho) Good luck! i fully believe you can achieve an A or even an A*! it just requires a lot of effort.

@@hanan4081 i totally get what you mean abt it being overwhelming,,,, but please dont give up!! it’s important to try, no matter the result you should be proud because youre trying!! im currently in the same boat for my as levels in math😭 i have NO idea what im doing n i cant even solve a proper paper wo feeling overwhelmed n giving up, but as i said, topic question your way thru it all!!!!!! then try to solve a paper😭 as for english, i did english as a second language and got an A*, full marks in speaking and writing n reading paper and lost two marks bc of listening 🫣🫣. im assuming youre also doing second lang but if not im sorry! for this you just gotta solve papers and TIME YOURSELF!! timing is so important. if you’re doing speaking, get someone to practice w you, whether its a classmate or a family member, and also set a timer for yourself. Im not sure how your examiner is gonna be like but mine was v sweet n tried to ease me into the whole speaking test vibe. i also did bio, chem n physics cie if you need help w those! ill try my best🫣

Got 55/70. Honestly would have been 60.. but in the last functions question - for which the answer was 9x² + 12x + 1, I got everything right but for some reason my brain took 3×3 as 6 and hence I ended up writing 6x² + 12x + 1. And so I also got the follow up question wrong because it depended on that. Was mostly solid other than that
