The middle, one can give you two boons actually Gravitational power and a single use deus ex machina Death's word or Kindness' words are real tho, no strings attached, she will prolong your life only enough to save alexandria but she will not make you immortal Patience's words are also real, he would not like you to kill alexandria as he wants people to achieve their greatest potential or peak as one would say. But I don't think he would grant you the same boon as alexandra

Live a long life with her it will be much longer than kindness but death is probably not the best fate cause you will die and she will forget you but it will be her hell a human lifespan is on thing to forget longer than that not so much Kindness at this point all but confirmed you will die soon after that but you will get in good in her world (plus we may get to see whatever spirits follow our girl) but her quest and your promise is pointless you do exactly what she feared would happen. Give her mercy or keep your promise. The choice is yours. That's how i saw it.
