GINISANG AMPALAYA with BACON Recipe:
- ampalaya (bitter gourd)
- bacon
- tomato
-onion
- eggs
- ground pepper
- ground garlic
- salt
- cooking oil
PROCEDURE:
- slice and prepare all the ingredients before start cooking
- preheat cooking oil before saute
- fry the slice bacon until a bit crisp and set aside after
- follow the onion and tomato - saute in few minutes
- add the slice ampalaya or bitter gourd, add ground pepper, ground garlic and salt to taste. Saute until the ampalaya become tender
- add the bacon and mix
- add beaten eggs and allow to cook for a while
- mix and keep stirring until done
