Ingredients:
1 C Uncooked Mung Beans
5 C Water (to cook the mung beans)
1/2 C Dilis
2 C Spinach
1 medium Tomato
Had of medium Red onions
3 cloves of Garlic
Ginger (crushed, more than a thumb-sized)
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar
2 tbsp Oil
