Is it possible to grow ginkgo biloba at a temperature of 20-30 degree celsius....

Pretty sure it is. They're hardy enough to cope with frosts and temperate conditions and endure some hotter weather and drought once established from what i gather. We have them growing in Adelaide and the Adelaide hills, South Australia which has such a temperature range - and more..

I've been wondering what happened to stress ginko's out so much to where they only have those 2 populations in China. I wonder what that tree saw just sitting there. Waiting for humanity to find it.
