The ingredients are right (except for the parsley). The preparation isn’t. No emulsion. Just oily, scrambled egg. The pan was too hot. Not enough pasta water and the cheese could have been mixed with the egg in advance.

Don't do the picOrino or the picOrina or the parmesan Use feta cheese, and dry it up with kitchen towel. Much tastier.
