I like that realize the importance of being able to see in the shop from your office. It keeps things on the move and you work right when you know the boss is more than likely looking at you. It makes the customer feel like his car will be done right when the owner of the shop can see the shop.

Another crazy good episode. This one by far hit deep. Trust and loyalty is extremely hard to find and keep as things change and with new challenges coming in one after another.
