GioVanni Rana Maine Lobster Ravioli

The delicious-looking lobster meat on the packaging led me to anticipate actual lobster pieces in the ravioli. No such luck. Instead the shells were partially filled was a mushy, over-salted mixture with nary of sign of actual shellfish. Maybe at that price point I should have expected to be deceived, but I trust Costco to vet its vendors and products. Usually they do a great job. This, unfortunately, was a swing and a big miss.

if you never tried you should undercook them a little then heat up a pan with a little olive oil and shallots and lightly fry the outside then add the sauce to the pan and finish them in the sauce. Man is it good

@@windermere2330 I typically like using any homemade tomato sauce, but I'd done it with a mushroom pan sauce and it was amazing as well

Ayee man don’t mind the negative comments, personally I don’t mind the improperness and the eating sounds. All of it is very relatable, takes me back to highschool when I ate with my friends. Also I just picked these up and cooked them the exact same way lmao
