@tovah88415 жыл бұрын
Hardeep Bhambra exactly Girl! All this “be independent and take care of yourself” is cute and all and yeah we all take care ourselves before we meet someone or Marry someone, but us women should marry a man who is somewhat successful in their career, who has a stable career, who has a house, car , money for the future, a provider... Cuz guess what, love alone doesn’t pay bills, us women carry the babies “if you want “ if you do, we should be able to stay home and focus/raise our kids & take care of the household. I see this in “middle class/ wealthy areas”..Low income areas “not so much “.. So my grandma always said,” Marry a provider not a broke man”..😜
@BeautifulDelights9515 жыл бұрын
@@tovah8841 Exactly that's what by nature we are created to do. I really cannot fathom when women have children, and I mean babies, and straight away put them into full-time daycare just so they can go back to work. I mean sure have some money of your own, but that really becomes secondary once you become a mother. So yes it's the man's job to provide for the family. Otherwise a broke ass man will always be stressing his wife out with money issues. And the 'independent women,' the well established career ones, can't really have it all in a marriage then. Let the man be a man and expect him to earn for the household, while the woman takes care of the house and children. It's honestly default by nature.
@tovah88415 жыл бұрын
Hardeep Bhambra exactly!!! You said it perfectly !! I never understood having babies and putting them into daycare !! What ??? You’re basically paying a stranger “a worker “ to do your job ? What !!! Marriage is a business contract between two parties. The longest, most stable marriages I know started with well established understanding and plan of action for finances and life goals. You can have all the love you want , but love is not marketable equity. You can't pay for education/bills, and no banks take love iou's. All the marriages I know, but one, who married primarily for love (and little else) failed. To be clear, they were together because they loved/had interest in each other, but they only married with proper plans for financial well-being.

Tam as always has the best advice! that key word stable works for more than just financially. He should be mentally and emotionally stable as well. It's so confusing to me how Americans see glory in war. Every day people become homeless, childless, parentless, lifeless because some old righteous men said it was worth to challenge other's sovereignty. And by worth, I mean a couple of billions more on the Forbes article of a few. Memorial Day shouldn't be a celebration for the pons of these atrocious chess games, but a reflection on what they really died for. The ingredients in a potato salad depends on the region. In Latin countries, relish and mustard is unheard of but very common in the US. Other countries include peas and cubed carrots or even beets to make it pink. But you always must use mayo, salt, and pepper as a base. My latina mom hooks it up with onions, olive oil, and sazón along with mayo/salt/pepper and its delicious 😋.

throwing this out there- try if you wish. My grandma is a 94 year old German woman and this is her traditional recipe. We live in Arkansas, so you know we love our grease and salt. Boiled potatoes, cut Salt and pepper Red onion, finely sliced Hard boiled egg, finely sliced Bacon, crumbled (high quality, be respectful of the potato salad) While the bacon grease is still hot, remove bacon and add vinegar and some mustard (yellow or ground brown) to sizzling pan. Whisk up all the gritty brown parts from bottom of pan into sauce mix and pour over potato salad. Chill in fridge. Done. You’re welcome. Make sure it ain’t dry and don’t forget to season to taste!

I might be alone. But when I was little I never idolized the princesses on the movie because they looked SOO different. I didn’t relate to them on a physical level so I never stretched anything to them.

The way you girls feel about potato salad, is the way I feel about deviled eggs. Deviled eggs have to be just right... mayo, dejon mustard, a tiny bit of sugar, salt and a touch of paprika on top as a garnish. I have had some awful recipes but when I bring my deviled eggs (my great-great grandmother's recipe) they get gone quick. I felt bad at the last family reunion because all the other deviled eggs didn't get eaten but all mine were gone 😁

@@lashondarochell7584 it is so funny how food can bring people together. But a bad recipe can divide even the most united family. LOL

0:10 Memorial Day is "so much fun"??? Jeannie is too bubbly sometimes. Memorial Day isn't a cutesy fun holiday at all.

I’m Dutch and we love potato salad too.... It MUST be creamy, the potatoes must be cooked properly, seeded mustard is nice in it, if you put onions in it red onions or scallions, some lemon is nice too, salt the water you cook the potatoes in..... add pepper...

My potato salad is so basic; butter, mayo, fresh chopped chives and a little bit of black pepper. If I don’t have chives, I compromise and use red onion instead, lovely stuff. 😋 Although I would be open to adding a little bit of mustard next time.

I think this show is perfect for all the women bring their different perspective on the different topics. Although each one has each of each others qualities there are certain aspects that I think stands out the most with these Beautiful women, Tamara= Principals, Jeni Mai= Cool, Loni = Love, and Adrianne= Common Sense. I can relate to all of these women. ( Although, I really do still miss Tamar on here) I just want to say to these girls they have a way of brighten up my day no matter what I am going through. God Bless You All, and keep the positivity coming. We appreciate it so much!

7:32 i feel the same way loni does because i was bullied from 1st to 5th grade and now I'm a freshman in high school and i still don't think that i am beautiful and it has been 4 years since i have seen my bully and so i think that it is very important that society changes the way they portray beauty because beauty does not come in just 1 color or size.

My family and I LOVE the Hellmann's potato salad recipe! Except, we omit the hard boiled eggs, and the onion. We also only use large baking potatoes and we peel them as well! To me, that's one of the tastes of summer! If we're making it just for us, then we don't garnish, but for others we garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and some parsley!

I wanted to look like jazmine since she was only princess with dark hair and "princess eyes" as I'd call it....or Esmeralda still waiting for an actual latina princess...

Tashai Small but she hasn’t had a movie on the big screen. She only shows up on the Disney shows. All the other princesses are from movies and have toys and clothes after them. Princess Elena doesn’t have that reach.

Lupe Castro I wouldn’t know cause I didn’t watch I just saw commercials and stuff. Even though she’s technically a Disney Princess there definitely should be more

We do red-skinned potatoes with dill, garlic, parsley, cilantro, olive oil, vinegar, lots of lemon juice and zest, pepper, vegan bacon, and little bit of nutmeg and all spice (just a very little bit).

I understand Adrianne because in Puerto Rico potato salad is waaaaay different from USA potato salad we make ours with potatoes, red and green bell peppers, onions, hard boiled eggs, apples (optional) and mayonnaise that's it. So people that don't eat potato salad just eats yuca (cassava root vegetable) like Adrianne was saying.
@keishasessler57245 жыл бұрын
I Love these girls!! But, on the topic of Potato salad I do not like Potato salad. I am with Adrian on this one. I Love Yucca! Yesssss!! A little Adobo, sazón, etc. I can't eat mayonnaise on everything, sorry not a fan.🇵🇦 🇺🇸
