@@Di_777 Agreed! America isn't a continent. The Americas are two seperate continents. North and South. Central America is not a continent but a number of countries. I hate when people say america is a continent. It's not. the United States of America is a country in North America. But because it has America in the name people think it is a continent But back to the overall thing, I think ita juag because when schools talk about Africa they never talk about individual countries. Except for world history in the 7th grade where they talked about ancient Egypt. They really don't talk about Africa much. The education system in the U.S focuses mostly on western Europe and the USA. Not even neighboring countries get much attention. I dont know anything about Canada and most people here don't know that Mexico has states. It's just a lack of emphasis on history and current event. They have been trying to fix it in the educational system for years now but it is hard since so much power still remains at the local level (not even the state). Most kids take geography in middle school although now it is supposed to be spread out over the years, so really it makes sense that people wouldn't have much knowledge about Africa unless they are taught at home (either by parents or through their own reading, watching, etc) or have family from those areas.

I will never forget hearing Jeannie say that you find out who someone is when they don't get what they want. And Loni is right, too. It isn't just about talking and cuddling, its about still walking in the same direction in life. People change, what they want in life changes, what they're willing to settle with or settle for changes. You can't just bail because life doesn't work out the way you want, but you should never give up your life. Jeannie was right not to have a kid she didn't want. I don't like these "Africa" jokes, they're so disrespectful to us Africans, low key

I hear you. But I don't think Loni meant it as a joke. She was 100% serious. A lot of American's (African Americans included) don't know that Africa (where they came from) is a continent and is filled with so many different countries. And I think for Loni, a partner knowing this, indicates depth and wider understanding of race, history and culture. I would be a little turned off myself if someone didn't know that Africa is a continent, not a country! But this is something that I'd also give people a chance to learn and grow with.

Because it’s how they carry themselves that matter. You want someone with a strong heart, integrity, honesty. That never goes out of style.

You don't go on dates with people you don't know? Who you dating? Your brother? You know full and well that everyone dates someone not related to them. Everyone who's married today started off as strangers before their intro and journey.

she is saying she does not date total strangers im the same way

I also rarely go on dates with complete strangers. I prefer to pursue romantic and intimate relations with people I already feel safe with. A lot of people don't go on dates with people they've never met.

I think she answered when she mentioned it. Did you not hear? Didnt you lsn to the scenarios she gave? Or you gotta be cool making a stupid comment like this -.- if you dont agree with her ways its on you but you can't be commenting smthn stupid when what she meant is explained. "WiTh YoUR bRoThEr"

Africa is the world's second largest continent behind Asia. At about 30.3 million km2 (11.7 million square miles) including adjacent islands, it covers 6% of Earth's total surface area and 20% of its land area. Africa accounts for about 16% of the world's human population. The continent is surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea to the north, the Isthmus of Suez and the Red Sea to the northeast, the Indian Ocean to the southeast and the Atlantic Ocean to the west. Africa has 54 countries and its average population is the youngest amongst all the continents. Africa is the most multilingual continent in the world, and it is not rare for individuals to fluently speak not only multiple African languages, but one or more European ones as well. Am from the republic of Benin I fluently speak French and English, and my country has over 69 local languages. Africa is a continent You're welcome ❤️

Yes.. these old chats are about Jeannie talking about her ex-husband, but common peps. She was just keeping it real (which means that’s where she was at the the time), so why wouldn’t she talk about her REAL life at the time.. Real emotions, Real feelings, at a Real time.. You can’t hate on her for her Real experiences..

" I love a good underdog"? What a huge mistake, i made also. Girls, we all are guilty of thinking the man who is nervous, feels shy, sweating at the date is a good choice. He is sweating bc he knows you are so above you and you have your power. Wait, when he knows you head over heels, you will be surprise how cold, indiferent and cruel he will befome. Just like her i was in a ten yrs relationship with a man i thought he was shy and thought that's so cute and just like her he cheated on me, lied and i also asked myself " who are you really?" I learned to only give chances to men that are my equal. If i am confident with who i am dont make feel that ibneed to help you get some balls. Using the Nervous or shy guy tactic is a great way to make you put your guard down way to much.
