Fi... What got me thru ATX life (weather; cedar fever; allergies/mold/pollen 3 seasons a yr; physical injuries), was visiting the Mary Shrine @ San Jose church. It's amazing, and on a weekday, a deeply peaceful place. Light a Guardian Angel candle and meditate! Not a Catholic; it's still magical.😇

I really appreciate the message of kindness and always being kind towards others. We never know what people are going through. Last week my father went into cardiac arrest after his last chemo and radiation treatment. He was on life support for 2 days, (luckily he is awake and improving rapidly), but when we were driving home from the hospital the first night, a teenager hanging out of a car window made some snide hand gestures at us at a red light as we were all sitting in silence and heartbroken.

I loved this episode especially the acotar part!!! For the fancast personally i feel like Nesta is Jessica Alexander, Elaine is Hannah Dodd and as for Feyre either Kristine Froseth or Barbara Palvin. And Cassian has a resemblance with this Turkish actor named Can Yaman.

Fiona, I cannot believe how much I relate to you RIGHT NOW!! I moved across the country with my boyfriend, away from my hometown of family and friends, moved to beautiful British Columbia, and it's hitting me hard that I feel lonely. I dont have girlies here, I am going through a fitness journey, I self isolate because none of my clothes look good on me, I am the heaviest Ive ever been so I just want to hide, and the food nose is always present, and so dam hard to quite! Listening to this podcast, listening to what you are going through, makes me feel like what I am feeling is normal, and other girls feel this way to, and we can get through this season in our lives. I downloaded the Super Human app, Lets decide we want better, and this down season will get better!!!
