Yet throughout the entire case, you seem like you basing mostly the whole case on what the defendant's type of lifestyle is...SO WHAT!! You need to base the case mainly on the property damage you're suing her for. Don't get me wrong,... I'm not necessarily giving the defendant too much benefit of the doubt. She probably wasn't too perfect in the situation herself. If she damaged your property, then Judge Mathis did make the right decision to grant you judgement. Although, if I was the judge, I would've granted both the plaintiff and the defendant judgement. Because the defendant shouldn't have destroyed the property, and the plaintiff shouldn't have stalked and harassed the defendant through internet. Ijs
