I’ve become comfortable with myself by being ok with my flaws. Exposing your perceived flaws to others and showing yourself that you didn’t die and seeing how it actually brings you closer to the right people, you build so much confidence. Be willing to fumble, stutter, say the wrong things etc. overtime the exposure therapy gets you more comfortable

Working on my codependency and attachment issues, it's tough tbh esp if you've been neglected so much in the past and someone just started caring for you, but you know healing without YOU working on it yourself is nothing. So yeah, it's great hearing your thoughts about these topics, it helped me a lot! Love lots!

Love all the insight. I would like to add that sometimes it is you, not others. Self awareness goes a long way, especially when you learn to understand your own feelings. If something others say/do triggers you, you might want to ask yourself why. Journaling is a great way to understand yourself better.

My boyfriend lives with me. But I realized he gets sad when I'm not around. I am not like that. I am happy with or with out him. It is hard ladies to have a man like that. Unfortunely he is going through where he lost a lot of friends. I keep advising to go out more maybe even an errand by yourself, etc. My point is I agree with you, to have a boyfriend should be a bonus and not a NEED. I love him and I hope he sees that way. I don't have much friends either, but i love hanging out with my cousins, or my siblings or even my mom just a 1:1. overall loved this video! you just gained a subscriber :)

im the middle child but my older sister is ooften not home and usually busy so im take the role of the older sister, since she isnt here i cant really ask her for big sister advice. so as a girl playing the big sister role, this means alot because even the big sister needs big sister advice sometimes.🙏😊
