Turns it it had multple cysts so pcod n left has 1 cyst hemographic ultrasounds r not tht expensive in m country pak so i got a whole body one cuz we thought its appendicitis but i m taking birthcontrol but i feel like it has messed up my mood made me a lil depressed n sucidal cuz i have been taking it for 10days n feel like crying randomly all the time or maybe its just my life being shitty 😂😢😢 thank u 💛

Pretty sure my right ovary is trying to kill me right now. Debating if I should go to the ER or not. Really trying not to. I do have endo and was on meds for 12 years. Been off the depo shot for one year. Having complications now though. 😞 not sure if it’s a cyst or not. Hoping I just feel better.

I appreciate your video. My gynecologist said cysts are perfectly normal and a burst cyst is perfectly normal and sent me home. Didn’t care to explain anything. He didn’t even care to have a follow up appointment to see if it’s gone.

I had a cyst when I was 3. It was on my intestines. I had to get surgery and the doctor said I had less then a day to live. If he did not remove the cyst in a day I would have not been here today. Today I woke up at 2 am in A CRAP TON OF PAIN! It was so painful we thought it might have been appendicitis. I still have the cyst because ur not able to get rid of it without surgery. I’m 13 and just started getting my period so they said it’s a little unusual for my age. I had to do a cat scan and a ultra sound. I was on so much medication and was exhausted! Although the surgical treatment went well, I still developed 2 medium sized ovarian cysts about 11 months later. I was on the path to surgery again however this time I made a decision to take a battle. There are also Dermoid Cysts or another type of cyst that are very different than a hormonal cyst (what you had). A dermoid cyst while bengin is basically a mini tumor. I will never forget the sheer pain of ovarian torsion. A missed period is so minor when it comes to cysts I'm glad you got lucky. It's a shame these aren't talked about more I ended up losing my ovary to a 10x7.5 cm dermoid cyst (tetroma) on my right ovary.

I will say if you have one of these find a skilled surgeon I had a Gynocological Oncologist who specializes in robotic surgery and was able to remove the beast laproscopically as well as they were able to do everything so wonderfully best doctors office ever.

Moesha Belen ovarian cyst are really common, loads of women well get them in their lives but most women who have them don’t even realise because they’re lucky enough that they’re small enough not to cause pain or other symptoms. I get cyst all the time and it’s something I just live with but it’s nothing to worry about. Just go to the doctors if your cyst are causing a lot of pain. If they get too big they can become dangerous but most the time they aren’t

Samantha Hockley thank you so much I’m now 19 and I still suffer from them two month ago I had a really big cyst and it popped but made me bleed a lot but I’m getting better with the pain sometimes I can’t even walk or stand because of how bad the pain is sometimes and I went to the doctors and they just told me to take pain killers. Moesha Belen that’s okay hun, just keep going to the doctors if they get worse, although most of the time they’re safe and resolve themselves it good to keep an eye on them in case they get too big. Doctors can see how bad they are by doing an ultrasound. I had too have an ultrasound for them to actually diagnose me.

Glad I came across this video, it was so helpful and informative. Yesterday I had to be rushed to the ER because I had severe lower abdominal pain due to the ovarian cyst I had and I passed out. Keep in mind that if it is not your typical cyst this will NOT work. I had a Dermoid and the only response to those is either waiting if they are small or surgery if they cause issues. The same with the other kind I am forgetting, an egg that didn't release unless it ruptures is fairly typical and honestly probably would have gone on its own one way or the other (but obviously a supplement can't hurt most of the time)

On August 11th 2014, the day after my 20th birthday, I was rushed to hospital with severe pain in my ovaries which I found out was a cyst. Apparently it got twisted and that was causing the pain. I wasn't recommended any medication though. I was told that I would have to lose weight so I could have surgery done. Since the hospital visit, like every six months or so, I've had ultrasounds done on the cyst to make sure that the size of hasn't changed. Luckily, in January this year, I got the all clear so I won't need to have surgery done. The doctors actually found out in November last year though, after my last scan was done.

BeautybyTiffanyAnn yes. i hear that it can be super painful! one thing i would recommend when taking information to your doctor is to try to find medical studies on it to show her. a lot of doctors do not really know about alternative medications, is a big pharma issue :-)

I just was diagnosed with an ovarian cyst on my left ovary measuring 54 cc compared to my right ovary measuring 14 cc. I am 17 years old. I was at my moms friends house when I felt something weird, I didn't think much of it. My mom set me up an appt anyways. The doctor felt around my stomach and claimed to feel nothing. About 3 months later I was experiencing a painful period. Which I thought was normal till 1 week later when I was at the movies I started feeling horrible, I called my mom she took me to Urgent Care and they did X-rays and said that I could possibly have bowel obstruction and then I went to the ER and they gave me medicine for Bowel Problems. Days later even after BM's I still felt sudden pain. I went to my fill -in doctor and she said that I needed more fiber, I kept complaining about my LLQ of my abdomen I came back to her 3 times and she finally ordered an ultrasound. It showed I had a cyst on my left ovary. I just had a MRI today and my cyst is Large. My doctor says I should get surgery, however I'm beyond scared, but I also want the pain to go away. Please any advice??!!

I had the same problem at 17 on my right ovary. My cyst was the size of a grapefruit. The cyst wrapped itself around my my ovary and it cut off the circulation to my ovary causing them to remove the cyst and my right ovary. When they took it out it burst and inside they found hair and teeth. 😳 Now at 22 my right side still hurts during my cycle. The doctor said that its due to the scar tissue.I was told I still have the same chances of getting pregnant in the future.

I haven’t had a period in almost a year because of my cyst and I was on birth control for a while but it keeps coming back (doctors have said it’s gone away twice even though I didn’t have a period either time before) lately my ovary itself has been causing me so much pain I can hardly walk (along with cramping and bloating etc.) im going to try to get back on birth control but when I do I get really long heavy periods (longest was for 2 weeks. The radiologist isn’t authorized to give you results. Your results are sent to your gyn or dr who then read your results and make recommendations if needed.

I’ve been dealing with this sharp pain on my right side of my lower abdomen, then my lower back hurts . This pain is sooooo bad to the point where breathing hurts . I am sixteen years old and was just told about two weeks or so ago by my OB/GYN that I have a 16cm(length) by 10cm(width) ovarian cyst on my left ovary. She did say that I had a few small cysts on my right ovary but they would not have to be removed, which honestly scared me a little bit because then I started wondering if those might grow larger too. I do have to get my left ovary removed completely due to the size but it is benign. I go in tomorrow to discuss surgery & if she is going to be able to do the laparoscopy or not. I've been having a constant aching feeling in my lower abdomen & a lot of back pain (along with frequent sharp pains on my left side). I've cried a lot on & off since then and constant worries about the future and being able to have kids. If anyone has their own personal story or advice to share I'd be more than happy to hear it.

Hello, I have a Sharp pain on my bottom left abdominal only in that area side it hurts.it hurts to walk or when I sit down or just moving. I use to suffer for pcos and then fibros, my periods were very painful and I eventually had to have a partial hysterectomy, good thing I had my son when I was 31yrs old as I wouldn't be able to have any children, but now at 48yrs I don't miss having a period every month. This condition can be very painful and stressful, I would be in pain for weeks before and after my period, sometimes I would go to work and end up having to leave my job cause of the pain, and there was time I wouldn't sleep cause I hurt to bad, and the my pain meds had to be very strong. Two years ago when I was 26 I started to have lower back pain in like the sacral spine between the sacroiliac joints and my periods never stopped but where extremely painful I'm talking about curled up on a heating pad in tears and I went to the ER they did a UA and a back X-ray and told me that I had a UTI and gave me antibiotics and naproxen sodium one week later I had finished the round of antibiotics I was having the same symptoms so I went to the ER at a different hospital they also did a back X-ray and a UA and told me that I had a UTI and gave me antibiotics and naproxen sodium and another week passed finished the second round of antibiotics and still had the same symptoms so I went to the ER for a third time this time instead of the same back X-ray and UA they did a CT scan which came back that I had a large cyst in my pelvis they then did an ultrasound and measured my cyst at 9.4 CM now mine on the other hand required surgery and it was large enough that my Dr. also removed my left ovary and I'm not sure if it was just the size of my cyst but my intestines were also twisted

Also, if you arent getting your period, that isnt blood building up. The lining of the walls could be building up. That lining is what flushes out. My periods last 5 dsys usually but the doc told me to tske it on the 2nd day and now my period has stopped today few hours after takingthe pill is tht normal?? Wht will birth control do to my cycts? @@aena5995 I’m not sure if it’s possible to have a regular period with a cyst maybe if it’s small but mine is 9 centimeters and my periods are irregular longer , more painful and heavier I feel more sick too & you shouldn’t skip your meds if your doctor prescribed you something to help you get better ❤️hope this helps !
