We dont pray namaz while on periods is because some girls really have very painful periods and we dont fast on periods because while on periods we have to stay hydrated so Allah s.w.t has made the things easier for us. Also there's nothing like napak cuz we dont go to masjid anyways since most of masjid here are for mens only. And if there's a masjid specified for women, you can definitely go there just make sure there's no leakage etc❤ I know it's not your fault that while growing up someone taught you these things in a wrong way.

Hey Sarah.. I love your videos... I just wanted to mention that isn't not having a hymen at all also a thing.. till what I've read and done research on I know that many girls do not necessarily have a hymen so and also that at times you might not even bleed on your first penetrative sex or never bleed at all during sex... Just felt that this should have been included in your video.. although I really loved the way you've opened up and it's good to see more indian women, doctors especially taking the initiative to put this out there... And I really appreciate the way you've talked about your past ill encounters and that you've mentioned that in front of the entire world I know it takes a lot of courage to do that and tbh many girls need that to know that sadly they're not the only one but they do have other women who will support them with whatever they need if God forbid but they face it themselves and I literally am speechless about your courage.. It takes a lot of hard work, sacrifices and sleepless nights to call yourself a doctor. I can say that because I'm a doctor myself. No offense to any occupational therapists. However they are not doctors. They cannot call themselves doctors legally. They might be medical professionals but far from being doctors. It is a joke in this country that anybody can claim themselves to be a doctor and people can be easily deceived owing to their unawareness.

Just want to add one more comment as a fellow doctor and have worked in field of breast cancer for 3 years..Yes it's normal to have little size difference in both the breast but if any of you ladies experience size difference in both the breasts over some time then you should definitely see your doctor ASAP..it might have some underlying pathologic condition..and that's great Sarah to educate everyone on self breast examination
