Also not alot of people speak about healthy and regular discharge and the use of panty liners. I was so ashamed and thought something was wrong with me when i was younger because my underwear was always wet until i was taught about liners and changing them every few hours to stay fresh until my next bath. This improved my life alot although it felt 'like common knowledge'. I am so glad that we can all learn, oh girl i suffered from enough embarrassment, i feel your pain😢

Your tip on using CeraVe on vulva (from another video)is actually OB/GYN approved and works AMAZINGLY! I’m fat so it takes a little extra effort to stay fresh, but this tip, coupled with rose water witch hazel, works perfectly!❤

It's bacteria that causes the odor, so yes, it's helpful to keep the hair shaved/trimmed, so that the odor is minimized or eliminated while using deodorant. Great tips!

A dermatologist Dr. Dray says to use the acne face wash benzoyl peroxide cleanser to help to eliminate odors from your underarm and feet, it also helps with ingrown hair, because benzoyl peroxide is used to target the bacteria that causes acne which is why its great for using under the arms and its works. Side note its best to use it in the shower because it can bleach your towel, sheets, pillows, etc.

@yvonnekilla3971 I haven't noticed it on my armpits but I don't look at them ever so I really wouldn't know. I can however tell you that for odor control anywhere on your body (pits, vulva and pubic mound, booty crack, thigh creases, feet, under boob ANYWHERE) it WORKS 💪🏿

Amen to double cleansing!! I’ve always done this and ppl wonder why my shower takes 30 minutes. I scrub myself 3X with 2 soaps 1 soft 1 hard. Then I exfoliated, and then do my face 2X with my face soaps - 2 as well. I wax only for kitty but lord help u if my 6 foot ass is shaving my legs. Park up for an hour bredren, it’s gonna be a while before I’m ready 😂

I love this! I double cleanse with native body wash (peach nectar), coconut 🥥 body scrub and dove shea butter and vanilla. Top it off with a vanilla body butter and my Arabian Belle perfume. Great combo if your going for that warm scent

Hi, newby here! For back acne, don’t rinse your hair conditioner out and go down your back. Try rinsing your hair bending forward with hair under the shower. This also makes it easier to wrap a towel around when done 🤗

Add flossing to the dental hygeine and we good to maintain tooth health and have good breath. Think the standard is to change the toothbrush every three months. Every 2 weeks gonna stress some pockets lol I love taking a bath twice daily, to start and close my day. Thank you for sharing, you are helping many.🙂

Hi Nicole, I love your channel!! I just wanted to share with you that when I was younger my mother didn’t go into depth about hygiene coming up as a teenager(no shade to my mother) because she probably didn’t know any better. I’ve heard that you don’t learn everything from your parents. However,…I did learn from my dance teacher in high school that young ladies should shave down/off armpit hair and groom your girly parts because hair holds ODOR, your diet plays a key role too. By taking her advice I noticed the difference when I did what she suggested. So, now that I have a daughter, I take the time to teach her what is necessary to maintain her body hygiene which in turn gives her confidence and understanding of what needs to be done.

PS, also a soft bristle toothbrush is the best. I was considered an "aggressive" brusher growing up, and bushed back my enamel. Now have a lot of bondings done. Brush, floss, and don't attack your teeth with a brush that feels like steel wool!

So carry around a bottle if you're not at home of course. And just wash it every time, spray it with a bottle And give it a Tap dry, it will be way cleaner all the time. Never smelly period especially when you're on your cycle. If you like to add a drop of your favorite private cleanswer during that time, even better. If you're right home just keep a bottle in your bathroom❤

Granny adds...do NOT share towels. Other people's germs. Yuck. Ditto for washcloths; I use special ones for my face and no one is allowed to use those for anything/anywhere else. Including me. When washing your lady bits, don't go anywhere "inside." Avoid not just all up in there, but between the lips. No soap there. Ever. It can mess you up. Also, hygiene matters at nail salons. I know it sounds weird, but a doctor once told me to take a tiny bottle of bleach with me to the nail salon and pour it in the foot bath they use for pedicures. I didn't do it because I didn't want to be weird. Then I got a pedicure at a new place and ended up needing expensive treatment to get rid of funky, nasty, horrible yellow toenail fungus. Hygiene is about the confidence that comes with health.

As for sweating, I have to say that THE MATERIAL OF YOUR CLOTHES INFLUENCES THIS SHIT. Like, I double cleanse my body twice a day and use deodorant, but sometimes it doesn't work because I'm actually wearing a top that traps and amplifies the odor. Like some clothes are fine, but others are just cataclysmic. So choose your clothes carefully so you're not like me who can't wear a turtleneck top from my wardrobe because they're all made of the same fabrics that increase the smell.

Tip: Get a bidet hose next to ur toliet. Thru periods, going to Toliet etc. Toliet paper is so unhygienic. You need water 💧 being Muslim, I've grown up doing it & I couldn't imagine life without! When outside, even though I can't use the Toliet "Toliet!" I carry a bottle of Water & wipes especially on my period. It makes so much difference to ur day! 🎉❤😊 love ur videos!
