I don't break really expensive things, but I'm guilty of damaging the edge of my desk and a few other small things out of rage. Honestly, anger is the only emotion I let out genuinely. I don't even cry after the outbursts anymore. I think I accidentally locked away the outward expression of everything else. I have to fix it before I drown in the trapped emotion.

Had a storming anger outburst just now and this kept me chill. As long as someone is gentle and compassionate with me I'd relax even more. And of course I'm mildly autistic finally expressing myself because on a daily basis I surpress my bad feelings alot. But this calmed me down in a way where I really appreciate it.
