It's a bit of a catch-22: most attractive girls who are virgins or low-single-digit body count will be married or engaged by their mid to late twenties, usually to guys near their own age. Folks here telling guys not to get married until they are in their 30's are basically telling guys to miss out on anyone near their age. But that brings other problems. Caller listen to me as one who got his BJJ black belt at 26 years old. I was in my peak at 26 and 27 and basically stopped training at 30 years old with a family. You have your dad to help you with reality. Shadow him for 3 half days a week and put in 15 plus hours on the mat besides that. Jiu jitsu isn't like other martial arts, it takes year to get good. Focus on that for a few years and see if you can make it as a competitor. Second place, even put of five, in the black belt division at 19 years old (the youngest you can be a black belt) is great! Don't squander this talent like I did. You are in a much better place then I was.

Correction she HAD genuine desire. As for the red flags, I found 3 very easily, that's only the start, there's more. 0 doubt here, you better drop her, this is a waste of time. You could still try to talk about it with her, I guess, the real problem is there's several red flags, DO NOT ignore the red flags. My guess is, a chat with her would result in more red flags afterwards and during the chat. Long story short, don't justify her poor behaviour, just drop her, you seem to have plenty going on, move on, don't get stuck on this girl. The jujitsu I would see as a bonus, I don't see too many guys making tons of cash from it, it's pretty rare those that do. At this point spend the next 10 years at least getting your finances right, nevermind dating, if it happens it happens.
