Went to club la santa for over 20 years such a great place to go when you have a family as you can still get your exercise in whilst the kids are entertained.

I'm not sure if you've used the Aussie products before but the 3 minute miracle range are awesome for greasy hair. I had the same problem as you, I started using these products and i can now go at least 2 to 3 days and my hair still feels clean and not greasy. They are 3 for £10 at the minute in Tesco's 🥰

Aw no not the case at all!!! I know loads of athletes who run around a 25 min 5km and have strong stations! My PB is 22.10, it was hot, bad terrain and we weren’t warmed up 🫶🏼
