It's so refreshing to hear about other women having low sex drives!! I've been with my boyfriend for 3 years and I couldn't be more attracted to him. That being said, I rarely feel like having sex recently and I'm never the one to initiate it anymore. I'm so glad we're talking about it and validating our feelings ❤

I read that the average male libido peaks at age 18-20 whereas for women it's closer to 30 so it's completely normal to have different sex drives!

Thanks for sharing, loved this. I was on the pill for 16 years and when I came off of it, it really affected my body’s ability to come back online and get my period, which has made it challenging to have a regular cycle as all my hormones are out of whack. It’s been two years and I’m still trying to get my body to operate as it naturally should. Hope you don’t mind me sharing as I wanted you to know for future as I didn’t know and wish I had. Xx

I was on the same pill for 10 years and coming off it was the best thing I’d done I didn’t realise how it was making me feel until I stopped it it actually also changed my sex drive it was so low on the pill ❤ it’s so good you are talking about it xxxx

Loved the low sex drive chat! Luckily my first boyfriend also had a low sex drive so it was never an issue, I’ve also recently been diagnosed with vaginismus so I find sex even more difficult/painful than a lot of people. But I definitely found my sex drive lower on birth control (I came off it now), a lot of my friends have high sex drives so it was nice to hear this conversation c

Zoes period description is exactly what a healthy period should be, 3 days and mild cramps at the beginning. I personally have endometriosis and pcos and my period experience was always horrendous, unable to walk without pain, intense cramps days before my period and until it finished which was more like 7 days minimum with very heavy flow, also including a low sex drive and painful sex which is probably what molly has experienced. Amazingly since having a baby my endo symptoms are so much better and I'm finally having 3 day periods with minimal pain, its mind blowing! I did have surgery too before conceiving and during my pregnancy the endometriosis hasn't grown back as bad as it was before.
@Norib04 Жыл бұрын
Zoe just to say, the bleeding you get when you're taking the pill is not the same as a period. Its a withdrawl bleed due to the withdrawal of hormones in your pill, and body. Thats why its often shorter and lighter. Important to note in terms of future fertility/health.

You are both very well respected and lots of girls/women look up to you both. Just a thought:) I look forward to more content from you both! I have been getting really bad periods cramps. I can’t walk, my knees hurts, my lower back hurts, I’m sooo weak, I get cold, if I smell something or eat anything I’ll throw up. It feels like I was dying and for one whole day would feel like torture. My mum said it will stop being paining after I get a child. In high school teachers thought I would be overreacting.

This is vlog is really relatable! Love watching you both. I've struggled with contraceptive pills for years I had the implant for a few years and that worked but i've found the best thing for me right now is a copper coil with no hormones and still having regular periods without being stopped like the pill. Sexual health clinics are a great place to talk to someone about your period other than just a doctors. Not right for everyone but I've found not having your hormones messed with works for me. ☺️

On the period topic. I used to get really bad pains, taking loads of painkillers. Until one day I went to see an osteopath (!!!) for a completely different reason, and briefly mentioned how bad my periods are. I have seen him once a month for six months after. No painkillers since. I don't remember what it feels like to lock myself in the bathroom and cry on the floor from pain. I would recommend to only see a professional with over a decade of experience that specialises in woman's health. And stretching the pelvic area before your periods. That helps me massively.

Apparently taking the week off isn’t recommended anymore! I’m on the pill for 12 years and recently my doctor told me that now is best to skip your period for 3 months and then only take 4 days off as your break. The week break was introduced by the Catholic Church to make it more ‘natural’ so I think they’ve updated their advice now!

Hey girls, you might not see this but I’m on the implant. I originally wanted to go to the injection as the pill wasn’t working for me but it is proven that you do gain weight on the injection. I tried out the implant and had been the best choice I’ve ever made. It was a tiny injection and then the implant was fitted and a week later you’re not even aware that it’s inside your arm. If it doesn’t work for you then you can easily get it removed. I would definitely recommend it if you’re struggling:) love both of you ❤
