Umm this song is from 2010/11 most videos made after 2009 from the kpop industry where usually made in 1080P easy even in the western market. It was common practice for the kpop industry to upload videos in 480P from 2008 back because they where very similar to how jpop was modeled in the fact that what they released was only meant for the Korean or Asian market so they would sell the music videos on DVDs as a part of a package kind of deal. It wasent till the Korean government and kpop entertainment company's noticed that alot of money could be made internationally that they started uploading videos in 1080P quality. Go back to every song released in 2009 and it's in high quality, but go back to 2008 and the kpop industry was only uploading to 480P. Stupid fact I know but still very useful
