I have seriously damaged my mental health thinking about this thing but the final verdict was that I really have absolutely NO WAY to find out if my future wife is a virgin or not. Hence the only thing that remains is trust. Ask her a few times on an oath and then believe the answer she gives. Either you will die without knowing that she was not virgin or you will die believing that she was virgin. In either case there is peace of mind. I learned in life that being a virgin or having not commited a certain sin wether adultry or be it any other sin that does not mean you are never gonna make that sin and that u did that because you are better than that person or vice versa. Sometimes shayan tricks people into doing things and he tricks you as well but we all have different sins and some are irreversible and having a virgin wife does not mean she will never cheat on you or vice versa. That goes for a man and a woman and I know it may hurt to discover your partner may not be a virgin but this is something you had no right in knowing in the first place. However, if a virgin husband and wife is that important to you - Then let the candidates know. Tell them that it matters enough to impact your future if you find out later. Tell them, they do not need to tell you anything, but simply not go any further with the courting. Lastly, If your going to find your future wife or husband at the club - then most likely they have a past and you probably do to. If your dating around, then chances are so are they. So dont be surprised, if that hot muslimah or gangsta brother that you found on the dance floor is not a virgin (not saying its not possible, but its rare). If your candidate is someone you have researched and investigated (which is something in Islam you can do - ask ppl of the candidates character etc). You have literally explained everything I came up with in the past few years. I will do my investigation. Hopefully I will get a chance to speak to her before marriage (not guaranteed because of the conservative society in Pakistan). Then she can either say she is a virgin, or she can make any other excuse if she is not. I just have to believe her if she says she is virgin because there is no 100% certainty tests to confirm it. Then if she tells later she was not a virgin, she can either allow me to marry more girls with the consequence that I will keep her but never love her (fair and square) or she can get Khula. My question is, is it sinful to divorce your wife if you find out she was not a virgin (provided you were virgin yourself and expected the same. Noting that you asked her that before marriage)? Worst advice, if you hide it and later on the first night your man will find it, it will create doubt in his mind and he will never trust you. And there could be start of a bad relationship. For a man it is important for her wife to be a vargin. That's not how it works. Use common sense, mate. If a woman has that kind of past, Allah will not keep it hidden because men are humans too and if a man finds it out after the marriage, it'll traumatize him. Using your logic a man doesn't have to tell his financial situation to the woman because not everyone will be accepting his financial situation. A woman is, was and always will be judged by her past and a man is was and always will be judged by his future. So it's not wrong for us to demand a pure snd a virgin woman. Errr no woman who have had 5 or more sexual partners before marriage are 80% likely to divorce. While virgin wives tend to stay in happy marriages alot more. A non virgin will be alot harder to keep satisfied and find loyalty alot harder. These things all go hand in hand. This is why men want virgin women.
