I think there are different types of emotional maturity. For example, walking around in an Elsa-Frozen-onesie is considered childish, but I'd call it childlike. You are still a mature woman, you just chose this because you liked it. If you were to wear it to work, it'd be childlike-stupid, being unaware of the consequences. AND (the most important one, if you ask me) immature behaviour towards other humans, like spamming messages to your ex with an anonymous phone. Or wishing bad things to people out of jealousy. A.k.a. not being able to understand how others might feel, being self-centered and making social statements that might hurt feelings, is also very childish. And that's the stereotype of the Americans. The complaining, judgemental people that can't think for themselves and are not open-minded. And I think the Europeans are (stereotypically!!!) more mature when it comes to those things. But that doesn't mean we don't wear onesies or like unicorns.

I actually thought it was the worst character impression- it was the most exaggerated. The character doesn't pout and speak in a baby voice and the head tilted down/eyes tilted down thing is a total Ally McBeal mannerism that Hannah Horvath doesn't do. It's an impression of generic feminine whininess, but not really an accurate replication of that character's mannerisms. I only know it's supposed to be her because I was told. Otherwise it seems like a teenage version of Calista Flockhart.
