I have some fun D&D sessions where my harpy character had a similar mode of conversation. Harpies are fun to play, 3.5 level adjustment was bothersome though.

Flying definitely is a game changer most times, thus the level adjustment. One thing some people do is restrict flying to end of turn flying until you reach higher levels.

Omg i LOVE IT so much! Its magnifecent! The art style, tge lovely elegant elongated bodies, the cute round and pastel shapes of the witch, the expressive body language, the way they talk and write, the pamphlet~, the adorableness of hee getting included and just totally nlt expecting it, and the differing personalities had me HOOKED FOR MORE. Lots of people don't seem to understand how wearing the skull of your victim can be a sign of respect. Trophies are only valued if the struggle to acquire them was difficult. The skull of a large farm animal, such as a horse or cow is not a trophy, though they have been used for intimidation. To proudly display the skulls of witches you've slain is to declare that you believe witches are powerful foes. And thus, a sign of respect.
