The “girls over 12” is a reference to Josh Widdicombe talking earlier in that episode about being the creator and editor of the Dora the Explorer magazine for young children.

Love Jeremy Renner's F-bomb, then sudden "oh shit I shouldn't have done that" and then Josh Widicombe telling him "nah this is British TV, it's alright". Honestly most of the US guests have interesting reactions when the Brits on the couch with them start swearing or telling dirty stories.

This shows why Graham Norton is arguably the best host in TV....he gives guests the limelight - it's not all about him. He gets A-Listers because they like and trust him.....some of the other hosts on both sides of the Atlantic are good - but Graham Norton creates the perfect atmosphere for a chat (talk) show.

RiP Robin Williams, loved him all the way from Mork and Mindy, from a British fan. Sadly missed, died way too young, what a talent. So good to see his genius here. Graham Norton has a way of bringing the best out of his guests, just love his show. Oh and one of the other guys on another clip was a fabulous Welsh comedian Rhod Gilbert, well worth following up, perhaps on Would I Lie to You, but also many of his stand-up routines.

Yep the show has been going for many years and rightly so considering it has always enjoyed huge ratings plus being firmly established and popular on the BBC'S BBC America network. Over here it started off on BBC2 but then as its formula continued to be successful with Graham easily getting the big name American stars to come on it as well, it was quickly promoted onto BBC's main channel BBC1 and has been there ever since.

Still, I can’t tell you how many times I saw Emilia Clark on this show, and I never connected her to “Mother of Dragons” from GOT. She is just one of the sweetest, most humble and delightful people. Besides laughing when I watch Graham Norton’s show, it’s always amazing to see how he draws his guests out and makes them real. He is an amazing conversationalist-meaning he gets everyone else to talk.
