Happy belated birthday! Good fun! Also the rev match downshift is a thing which just needs to get into your system. A feeling of timing and comfort without unsettling the bike for a bit. And not think to hard about it. For some it'll go faster then others. Practice it some extra if needed. Worked for me. I can rev match in the car well, but when I got on the bike it took me a bit to figure out timing, amount of throttle and comfort. But from 2nd to 1st as you mentioned in a previous video is generally done at lower rpms/speed. But it's doable for sure. Just make sure not to unsettle the bike since you are getting more power to rear wheel. You'll get it sorted though!
