She's a vibe Amy and please keep her as your friend, at least you get someone to ride with every day (Girls only ride). Remember your friend is our friend.

Enjoyed watching your latest video with your new friend. I agree that short rides can be just as good as long ones if you have good company and/or an interesting route.

Ahh, don't worry about your hair Amy. We like you just the way you are. Plus most of us are cyclists here & we're used to seeing each other a bit disheveled -- it's like a badge of honor.

Thanks I'm not English but I am a huge fan of James Shaw ( been following his career since he didn't get his contract with the Belgian Team Lotto-Soudal renewed ) and he rode with Ed Laverick with Swift Carbon team ( after the collapse of JLT Condor) got to see the other side that James has a normal life apart from cycling Pro Thanks for posting You learn something every day in life

Hi Amy, you might remember commenting on my post a few days ago, when I did a 21 mile ride which nearly killed me. Well I've since done a 30 mile ride, which also nearly killed me. Today I'm out on my bike and hope to do a bit further, with a view to completing my first 100km Gran Fondle sometime this month, which will no doubt nearly kill me. Thanks for your inspirational channel.

Porridge is a great way to sneak in the magic food... honey. Made by our industrious little friend the honey bee. 17g of carbs per tablespoon, amazing. Never goes bad, 5,000 year old honey was found in Egypt to be edible.

Slight change of subject Amy, are you feeling any benefits from your strength training and yoga sessions?
@amy.cycling.adventures Жыл бұрын
Yes ☺️ I do the S+C to help with stenghing to prevent injury ( a physio gave me a routine when I was hit by a car and I’ve carried on with it!) and I need to get back into the yoga but I’ve doing it helpful for preventing tight muscles ☺️
