Holy shiet now I get it! The world they live in is huge and hollow to the point that everything is lighter than normal! A massive island aircraft carrier that can stay afloat and the fact that they can push a 3-ton tankette like its a amusement park ride would make sense if the gravity in their planet isn't like ours. Also, why the tanks move faster than normal because they're not encumbered by weight.
