The editor of this series deserves a legendary gift. This is just such brilliance offered throughout. I can't stop watching it, even after decades of viewing.

@littlearmel Ah, thanks for your comment. Absolutely, couldn't agree more, the best comedic match ever. And yes, Jennifer is... Yeah, that's it. Jennifer just is. Because, and this goes both of them; genius doesn't age nor does class. The ultimate double act; " lets go to Claridges and drink champagne and see what that's like."

That actually is Denise Coffey. I wonder which is her natural hair colour, the one she's got here or the one she had on DNAYS in the 60s.

"Was I better than Whoopi?" "No, Whoopi made me want to cry!" "I'll make you want to f*cking cry!" Dawn and Sarah were funny together - it was like the kid with ADD and the teacher!

theres a cut-off date for most comedians, it seems. at around 40-50 most stop being as funny as they were, i think they're more interested in other things and their mind slows down a little tiny bit and probably lots of other reasons, too. only 2 people have maintained their level and even improved it in their later years- joan rivers and barry humphries.

what is "crastinating" ... :s I don't know what it means ! I'm a french canadian so.... what's the meaning of "crastinating"

The only thing thats saving me is my age cuz I don't care... I've been up, Ive been down, Ive been hired, Ive been fired . Ive been broke... what are you gonna do to me? Your not gonna like me... I don't care.

Only a few female comedians have been able to keep going at an advanced age (that I'm aware of), Joan Rivers, Phyllis Diller and Moms Mabley (google her) come to mind. I hope Dawn and Jennifer decide to continue, no doubt they would be funny at 80.
@LuJia8411 жыл бұрын
Why sorry? I dont want to see you suffer. I was just worried that lackadaisical title of those videos would cause you the same consternation and confusion that this one did. Im very glad to hear it hasn't.

One question bothered me from the first to the last minute of watching this: Why is called "girls who do comedy" when everyone included, even Sarah Silverman, are clearly grown-up women? But they talked about their childhood a lot so I guess they wanted to evoke this image of a funny girl that they all were before they became professional comedians.
