Just noticed that this harpsichord has split flat/sharp keys, but not on all of the flat/sharp keys, and it is different in the bass octave than in the rest (presumably has a C/E short octave)..

exactly! there are split E flat/D sharp and G sharp/A flat. Sometimes can be really complicated in faster tempo, if D# or A flat (above) are needed :D
