If you are a woman, and leaving a negative comment about her looks or her struggles, you need to see a counselor for low self-esteem. No real woman would ever pick apart another woman. Be good to yourself and to others...it looks good on you.

Being a woman doesn't mean we all have to hold hands and be friends. What determines sex is biology - not whether or not we worship your idol. You're just trying to shame everyone into loving Gisele for some bizarre reason. You can love her all you want. No one is stopping you but, get a grip. It's not anyone else's job to like what you like.

I doubt it's hormone related. Therapy, long term therapy could help you figure out what it's all about. Most people carry scars they dont even know from their upbringing. Even those who think they grew up in loving families. Or faulty thinking patterns... More people do these days, because our societies are getting emotionally and spiritually less healthy and more materialistic and people are less connected. Please see a therapist if you can afford it, or find a free one, it would save you years of your life...

'I was moving at such a fast pace, everything seemed to stand still'. When traveling at the speed of light, time does stand still...except for you. What she described is inertia. Just goes to show that, you can be close to 6ft tall, highly paid, succesful, gorgeous, rich, etc, etc...we all hurt and struggle. Here we have a supermodel standing on her balcony contemplating ending it all. And it took, choosing for herself and let the rest take of itself. And she came out the other end. Still gorgeous, still running the catwalk(i know she retired a while back) but a different version of herself. When she decided to stand still for a while, things started moving again.

I have the same thing, and she explained it better than I ever have. Mine were different, but the same. You start with one thing, and then other things trigger it, and your world keeps getting smaller and smaller. Right now I'm in a sort of remission which can go months to years, but it's always there waiting to rear its head. She is spot on with this.

How sad the comments .. mental health is a serious issue. Depression and anxiety does not choose from poverty, or gender, or color. It doesn’t differentiate and can happen to any of us. We all have our own internal battles and struggles. The lack of empathy and kindness is so huge nowadays that people don’t even hide it anymore. It’s sad. And then when we see on the news that an actor has died because they overdosed on anti-depressants or that a designer hung herself in her hotel room we get sad but we don’t realize that what leads up to it are issues that to you may seem small and pointless. Be kind to other people, that’s what we all need more of.

People will judge you anyway. Even if you are a topmodel or the best doctor ever lived . But. It is about them, not you. 4. Listen to yourself. Your emotions, your body. Before it shouts to you HELP by panic attacks . 5. When you have them,remmember...if you had the power to get you into this, you already have the power to get you out of it. It is still you. 6. Seek help. Talk about it. It takes so much energy to pretend, everyrhing is ok. Look for the nature, woods, water, fireplace. No junk food. No sugar. Lots of sleep ..good one. Less social media possible. Too much information. Useless information. Go inside yourself. That problem. Look for the trigger. Stay with it,don't run. Often once you pass it iis not that scary at all. She's made $380 million to his $180 million. Which with another Super Bowl win tonight, I'm sure his net worth will rise substantially.

I am truly convicted about my judgment of her. I'll admit, I thought she was a shallow walking waif. She is actually just like any other human being, she has her flaws and insecurities and struggles. Way to go Giselle 💪🏾

Unhappy people do horrible things to other and will never be happy no matter how much they hoard and take from others. The one that deserves the most sympathy and understanding is actually bridget moynahan. In looking back, it a blessing in disguise for Bridget Moynahan . Tom and Gisele truly deserve each other.
