@@gisellewaldner9406 I enjoy knowing where people are because I follow their weather. I currently follow a strawberry farmer from Missouri and a Vegetable farm in Pennsylvania, (The Veggie Boys) They are so educational. Watching them potting plants is inspirational. I grow a lot of my own vegetables. Am I right that you do not eat gluten, I have a wheat intolerance, but I cannot even touch it, I have to wear gloves and face mask for any kind of baking. Don't sweat the small stuff Giselle. When that loaf of bread is sliced it is unlikely that anyone would notice the small piece of crust that is missing. I am just learning to bake bread (gluten-free) so just learning about how yeast looked when it was activated was part of the learning curve. Yes, some of my loaves (bricks) went in the garbage but I am quite happy now to have a tasty loaf of bread. There are fewer people in the world that know how to bake bread than those that don't so you have a skill that probably 75% of the world cant' do. Be proud of your skills! I used to tell my children that they didn't have to be perfect because only God doesn't make mistakes. It's all good.
@gisellewaldner94063 жыл бұрын
thank you for making me feel better I even laughed that you said that you had bricks but, I guess thats one of the best ways to learn, from your own mistakes. if you wouldn't mind would you share your GF bread recipe we have tried so many and they usually end up tasting quite bad of are to difficult to handle or lose we have actually given up already but, I'm willing to give it another go.

I just love all your videos! I actually really like your jumper dresses and blouses you wear. I'm trying to do a better job as a Christian in dressing in modestly. I have begun to cover my head and am sewing some clothes for my daughter and I. Anyways, I'd be interested in a sewing video! But I always like all your videos! Thanks for what you do and may God bless you! 🥰

Wilton makes a "magic release" for baking. It's like a regular cooking oil spray, but then it also has I think flour in it (to form a crust that will peel away from the pans) and silicon (which nothing sticks to)
