I've worked in restaurants my whole life - from chains to scratch kitchens - and I've never ever seen a commercial kitchen as pristine as this one! My assumption is that you are doing it for community and even though it's a community kitchen, it's EVERYONE'S kitchen. Therefore, everyone who enters the kitchen takes pride in the cleanliness of the space as one would in a single family home... Maybe even moreso due to the health and safety of a large group. Anywho, the kitchen is beautiful! I had a daydream about working in it 😂 and had to pause the video and give props because they are definitely due!
@gisellewaldner94063 жыл бұрын
Thankyou yeah thats true it's everybody's kitchen so wherever it's gets used by anybody they do their part in making sure they clean after they are done..it is a nice space makes cooking for a large group so much easier 😊

I do love to watch a cook or baking week, then again I enjoy them all. It makes so much sense for a few people to cook then share it, than having each individual family all doing it. Even in my family if we’re cooking something that can be shared, stew for example we’ll usually ask family if they want some too. Just peel & chop more vegetables 😄🌼

It's super interesting to me. You already explained about money, but how do you meet people to marry (I imagine it's not all just in the community, but depends how large it is I guess)? Are you related to a lot of the people there? Who "leads" the community, is there an election? Also is internet use/access to everything out there (like netflix and google etc) at all restricted, or not? Sorry, lots of questions haha

@@gisellewaldner9406 Sadly I do not have the recipe. I've literally been looking since she passed in 1998! The closest I've found is creamed green beans... We make many veggies creamed: potatoes n' peas being a childhood fave, and the recipe for creamed "any veggies" that I find just aren't what I'm looking for, sadly. I called my husband at work after this video because I was SO over the moon happy!!!
