Excellent curry and sambar please can you tell how many members can eat iam always confuse how much curry and sambar prepare for 10 members please tell for 10 members guests come how much rice etc

If you are serving only rice and no rotis you can cook half cup raw rice per head This qty of sambar shoukd be enough for 4-5 persons easily

Madam,wish to inform you that the brinjal curry done in an iron pan has got into a chemical reaction and became black in colour.even the taste will become slightly bitter. It is better to avoid iron pan and cook brinjal in steel pan to get good taste. Thank you. I will be following many of your recipes and cooking same. Another difference i had noticed is that you normally do not use jeera in tadka.
