At this stage you definitely need to understand code to utilise this.

I think it can run on to issues that it can't figure out itself. But I do think that more "opinionated" products will come that reduce space of uncertainty it needs to deal with. Then non developers will be able to make simple apps. This for now feels more targeted at developers.
