NUTELLA BISCUITS Recipe | Popular Nutella Cookies
Have you ever tried Nutella Biscuits?
They are very popular here in Italy and when a few years ago they got released in stores people went crazy for them and they were always sold out. This is my homemade version of it.
RECIPE (for 12-16 Nutella Biscuits):
*For guaranteed result, I strongly suggest using grams as the unit of measurement
130 g flour 00 or all-purpose flour (1 cup)
50 g powdered sugar (1/2 cup)
1 egg
40 g butter (3 tbsp)
50 g hazelnut flour (1/2 cup)
1 g Vanillin or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Nutella or hazelnut spread of your choice to taste

These are really good! Expensive though. I bought it at a local italian store for around $9-10. Yours looks almost the same. I hope to try it someday.

@@rashishah4618 yes, I used it to make Cake though Egg serves as a Binder, so a Banana does the same thing Idk how it'll go with these cookies, Trial and error is the only option here 😁

Didn’t come out as good as they look. So this time I’m going to replace the butter with regular oil. Because they can be better I believe with oil. With butter they’re too stiff
