"Gaslighting is a manipulative tactic in which a person, to gain power and control of another individual, plants seeds of uncertainty in another person's mind. The self-doubt and constant questioning slowly cause the individual to question their reality" You're missing my point, you shouldn't be the one adding timestamps to his podcast is a basic feature that significantly improves people podcast experience that vast majority of podcaster have included in their comment section. But who knows, maybe you just you enjoy doing it because it's helping people out if it's for that very reason, I totally get it. Stellar cakes was pretty cool. I feel it's story and characters were really similar to Megaman X. Where I saw 2/3 boss fights coming. The music was interesting, some were straight vibes. The combat was similar to Sekiro like u said. Seeing Ms lady body an enemy when u stagger them and get that finisher was raw💪🏾 Them outfits tho...🥵😂 I don't get what about em is censored All in all, I think it's interesting how shift up starts with a mobile game and then drops a console one. I can see it gettin a sequel too wit what it set up. Edit: 1 of the things that i kinda wished we got was a giant boss battle. Dont get me wrong some of the bosses are huge compared to her, but i was expecting some godzilla sized mònsters. Like 1 we saw at the start shooting at ships. I also hope we get a dlc that allows us to spend more time with characters we got very little of in the game. Like Tachy and -Spoilers-. Id like to play as them

On one hand I only heard of Stellar Blade, because of all the back and forth about Eve's looks before the release. I watched gameplay and though, that it feels a lot like a PS2/PS3 era game. I bought a PS5 to play the demo and maybe return the console afterwards, but than the gameplay was so fun, that I sadly had to keep the console and pre-order the game. Now I am in NG+ and still have as much fun as when I played the demo. So yeah, nowadays there still can be games that are just a full bundle of fun 😊

It's funny when y'all mention the hardcore casuals tho cause that's been me lately these last few years. I keep up with games through this podcast but I'm so detached from what's popular. I play like 5 single player games a year top, rest of my time is spent on Fortnite or DBD, some kind of F2P game with the homies who only no life said F2P games. Ethos got a point though, those games are designed to keep you hooked. Like Fortnite is just different enough with each update that it always feels fresh when I go back to it.

While the Switch will be comparable to the PS4 pro in specs, it will have more advanced architecture than the PS4, so I can see games performing better. PS4 Pro came out in 2017, so it is likely using 2015 architecture or older. Newer architecture is more efficient and can use things like DLSS and/or FSR.

Good Sirs and Madam, I'll have you know I'm very active on twitter and work a full time job and even I, got 140 hours in Stellar Blade. About to finish it second time and go to my third playthrough for that platinum trophy. And yes I love playing dress up and hunting for new things nobody else found in game yet Almost fully upgraded Eve and the unlockable difficulty mode is OP. It's definitely GOTY for me. Hoping to speedrun this game once I find more glitches that help bypass certain long areas.

My personal policy is to not buy new games, unless it's an IP I'm ok supporting even if the game doesn't hit the mark. The last two brand new games I bought were Hogwarts Legacy and One Piece Odyssey because I wanted to support new video game ideas for those franchises. I don't trust games to play well on release date and I don't have the time, or money, to invest in things that don't work. I played Jedi Survivor a full year after its release and still had bugs that required me to restart the game in multiple sections. I'm not spending $70 on a game I need to restart every other chapter, but I'm willing to support developers and deal with those headaches at a lower price point.

The petition is fine in my opinion. Yeah is the game still sexy? Sure, definitely. But its still wierd that they toned down the outfits when its a rated M game. Hell cyberpunk and balders gate has full on nudity and sex scenes, but Stellar Blade cant show to much skin? If anyone can give me a good explanation why they changed these outfits just before release id be happy to hear, because so far i havent heard a good one yet.

2:48:32 yea i think they will . I remember like a few years back konami basically did the same thing with the yugioh duel links mobile game. They added a button that let you say nice to you opponent aftee a match and we all used it to taunt our oppoonent after we beat them really bad. so they changed it so that you can only see the "nice" if you beat them and they sent it or if you both sent it. ppl getting real soft.

TBH got a point about physical collections being worth something. Y'all remember the Deadpool game that got delisted? Now physical copies of the XB1/PS4 version go for like $80+. With game pass they always say how many ppl played the game but they don't make a profit off of ppl just playing the game they plateaued in subscriptions and even if they put COD on game pass it won't result in many new subscribers coz PlayStation players won't go buy a Xbox just for COD(it's just cheaper to buy COD), and imo Hellblade wasn't that good, it's just a puzzle game with mid combat and 2 will be more of the same

That Xbox segment PISSED me off something serious. I hope the best for the workers of Tango and the Redfall devs. I don't know what the hell Microsoft is doing. One thing Xbox has always been clowned for is the lack of good exclusives and this point it's of their own doing. As y'all said, Xbox is just buying everything large with no plan, rather than build up smaller groups to make a long legacy with. That's something Playstation and Nintendo did and now they have a bunch of series to fall back on, or re-release old games (e.i playstation plus membership). Sony isn't perfect either with their massive layoffs, the Helldivers 2, and Ghost of Tsushima (and I'm STILL mad about Gravity Rush ), I just hope this can bring a change with how these massive companies move but.. it's hopeful thinking.
