Classic Wasatch Front MTB riding. Nice you were able to get a taste of it. Having lived in Salt Lake City for years I enjoyed similar trails in Millcreek and City Creek Canyon areas. Super quick access from a large metro area can’t be beat. Enjoy and have a beer or two before you go. Some decent local breweries there in SLC.

The fall makes this ride colorful. It's a lovely footage. That jump at 5:48 looked more scary than it actually was according the guys. 6:55 the small turns were super fun to watch. I bet it was super fun to riding it too. 9:33 That zip-line / cable camera thing is a good ideal. And the hooting makes the ride more fun and more safe, because you can be heard from greater distance and ppl know you are coming. "Hot mamas" makes this ride more interesting xD I bet it worth to give this trail more beans. 13:26 That tree bent over the trail looks like a gate. Nature is amazing.

Hey Brian I'm 6'4" and I like security and safety but I also like the idea of rolling over objects like nothing so which full sus is better for me? 27.5+ or 29er?
@mtbyumyum7 жыл бұрын
I know you asked Brian but I'll chime in... I ride a ton of bikes and at your height, you'd likely feel right at home on a 29er.... Honestly, I'd skip the 27.5+ In most cases it doesn't add any additional traction and just feels slow and vague. Also, at your height, the seat post will be very high out of the seat tube (frame) so you'll really benefit from a steeper seat-tube angle. So something like a 73'ish degree seat tube angle would put you further back where your butt would be more over the rear axle and a 75 degree seat tube angle will bring your saddle more forward... Hope this makes sense but my taller friends always look for bikes with steeper seat tube angles to avoid having that saddle to far back over the rear axle... because the actual saddle height is so much higher for tall people the seat angle becomes a bigger factor... hope this helps and good luck!

Good Friday morning to you, Brian! And happy December as well! What have you for us today? Let's ride! 0:43 - "it even smells good in here." The smell of a good bike shop is intoxicating. I quote the great Mark Twain when I say ""Eating and sleeping are the only activities that should be allowed to interrupt a man's enjoyment of his bike shop." I may be paraphrasing that. 1:50 - I wonder what he's doing for audio? 2:52 - Hey, I've seen this trail before on Jason's channel! 6:50 - Wow, look at those colors in that scenery! 7:54 - What kind of hubs are you running on those bikes? The freewheel is nice a loud. Sweet! 12:29 - Is that cable cam thing something he's developing, or is it something he's already developed and he's prototyping it now? I think I've seen something similar online somewhere. Never mind. I just saw the link in your description. I might have to get this. I also want a drone, but this would be nice for when I'm in among the trees of my local trail. 14:57 - "We've ridden that trail so many times, it never gets old." That is exactly how I feel about Brown Canyon Trail here in Sierra Vista. I love that trail. I've ridden it probably over a hundred times this year and it just gets better and better. It is so nice to be able to watch these videos, Brian. This one felt particularly nice because I couldn't help but feel like Corner Canyon might not be unlike my local trails. I'll have to keep my eyes and ears open for opportunities to ride that. I'm not close, but who knows? Thanks for sharing, Mr. Kennedy! As always, stay upright and keep the rubber side down. -Brian

hi, I am back from the dark side. Changed my Pc to shiny new 5k iMac. Do you shoot in 4K? Thats a great trail. It may be cold outside, but I think you get some great blue Skys in the winter as less moisture in the atmosphere obviously only when clear and blue. Although a low sun can be a pain when its low enough to get in camera shot. You get to do some great trails and another demo bike.
