I say the Lord's prayer every night when I lay down to go to sleep and I go to sleep with a smile on my face. I have had deep Faith as long as I can remember and I have also had deep tragedy but I go on. I went from a ballerina with the Boston ballet to a wheelchair and I'm not angry and I still care and give and do and forgive what has hurt me. I spend a lot of time trying to think if I've ever hated anybody and believe me people have done horrid things to me but I've never hated any of them and I have forgiven all of them. If not, I would not be able to live as happy as I am. I love life and I want to live it as long as I can and then I will meet my Lord.

In my twenties I spent 3 years not leaving my house because I was diagnosed with a syndrome that only I in the world have by a Boston team of physicians. It is genetic there is no one to talk to about it and there is no way to fix it. I never have asked God why in my life and I never have pityed myself nor will I accept pity from others! My mind is far too good to accept pity or create pity. This is what I've got so deal with it just like when my life was able-bodied. I still had problems and said the same thing this is what I've got so deal with it and in dealing with it I have found happiness along with the great joy that Jesus Christ has given me.

We are indeed called to follow Christ, but we are not saved by works, we are saved by Belief in Christ as the Messiah. Jesus Christ had the authority to stone the woman, yet, he chose not to condemn her. He then went on to die for her sins. That's Grace. Salvation is a gift.

It's also important to point out that transformation is a side effect of being in connection with God. There are great moral ideologies that have the express pursuit of "being better". Christianity is the only one in my experience that has such wonderful benefits as a side effect of the "main goal". God bless, and may God save your mortal soul.

You can't earn your way into heaven. It is a free gift from God. It is called Grace and we try to live the way Jesus did and live in God's grace. Salvation is a gift that cannot be earned.
