As a 22 year old Christian in the field of Biology , I’m telling you this type of preaching of science, philosophy and God with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, brings more people close to God than screaming at people they are going to hell (though that message is important and can’t not be dismissed, people need to question their way of living)
@justspaceex1589 Жыл бұрын
@@Theo_Skeptomai everyone has its own journey in life, if I tell you my life you won’t believe me or maybe you will but I had my moments of doubt on his existence or if I’m putting my faith in the right beliefs. I’ve never seen God to be honest or heard his voice but I can’t deny many factors in the science field and life. I don’t need to see him to believe for I seen his hands moving faithfully in my life in mysterious ways. All I can say, for someone who believes that death is the final destination is; when my time comes, If I was wrong I lose nothing just like everyone else I’ll be come a fertilizer for plants. @@justspaceex1589so you live your life according to Occam's razor, then? If a god exists, do you really think he would be so stupid as to look favourably on someone like you who is basically just hedging their bets? By saying 'if I'm wrong ...' you are admitting that your belief in god is uncertain.. If you were sure in your faith, there would be no if. The word 'if' when applied to whether you're right or wrong about god's existence means you're not sure, which means you're agnostic. Hope you're happy with that, cos I don't think god will be.
@justspaceex1589 Жыл бұрын
@@Adeybwoy 🧐no, not agnostic but good try trying to rationalize your way there😂. When Jesus was crucified, the 12 apostles ran away. Peter, said three times in Jesus' face and in front of the public, "I don't know that man ,". James who was Jesus brother, thought he had mental problems. Even after they all saw and knew the many miracles he performed they ran away and did not stood for God. However, after resurrecting, Jesus met them in their uncertainties and forgave them because they sincerely wanted to believe. We walk by faith, and faith is a process that develops over time, particularly when God restricts himself and allows us to make judgments without his interfering. I've never seen or touched God, but I've witnessed his faithfulness and forgiveness in my life, the only reason people will see or I will see God is because of his mercy and grace, and the faith no matter how big or small we have. Not because of our good works.

There is a major technicality with this statement about Sodom and Gomorrah, and that is that God placed His JUDGEMENT for our sins (past, present and future) completely on Jesus. Jesus received the complete judgment for our sins on the cross. The debt has been paid IN FULL. Praise God! I was with you on the abortion issue up until around @21:00, but I don’t follow where you backed off in the case for rape/incest, saying that “Jesus showed compassion to people who were in horrible situations…” while yes, if a person truly repents for having an abortion, forgiveness is possible through the blood Jesus spilled, but ending a life is ending a life period. There is no moral gray area there.

That is legalistic thinking. By your logic men have no reason to ask for consent if God's ONLY will is to bring forth children regardless of the context and state of the mother. Carrying the child of your rapist for 9 months, being deeply traumatized for life while being forced to become a single mother and then seeing the child grow up to look like the mirror image of the man who raped you is much more than ''the origin of the sperm cell''. Rape traumatizes and breaks the soul of the woman for life. I would not want that for my worst enemy. It is absolutely demonic. I once had a Catholic male friend admit to me that he cannot truly fathom rape being ''traumatic''. This opened my eyes to the fact that many people have not the faintest idea of the evil that it is. At least have the humility to admit this.

@@EvaMariaLOL I don’t know how you arrived to that conclusion. I’m surprised I have to say this, but yes, I agree rape is demonic, but so is abortion.

In generally, I really liked the video. Answers were firm, concise, caring and scriptural. . The one response that surprised me was when Cliff said he's "back off" talking about abortion in the case of rape or incest. That is inconsistent with the belief that the baby is a full human being with rights and value from the moment of conception. Two wrongs (rape / incest + abortion) don't make a right. I'd like to hear Cliff's explanation for why he said that. I didn't expect that kind of answer based on past video and even the content of his argument in this video. The origin of the sperm cell is not relevant to the value of the human life.

Yes, the abortion issue is a highly contentious one, do you think young girls who, in your opinion murder their babies via abortion should go to prison for life for the murder of their unborn babies?
@dited358 Жыл бұрын
@@bonnie43uk First off, abortion is by definition the taking of an innocent human life, thats not an opinion. Secondly, most women are lied to and coerced, intent matters. The "doctors" namely that encourage it should be held accountable.
@bonnie43uk Жыл бұрын
@@dited358 I've never seen a dictionary definition of abortion including the words "taking of an innocent human life", I suspect you've added that yourself. A fertilized egg is in no way shape or form anything that resembles an actual human being, you could not distinguish it from a fertilized cow, dog, giraffe elephant in it's early stages. Women/girls who find themselves pregnant against their wishes will go to any lengths to prevent the pregnancy, it has little to do with coercion.. you avoided answering whether you think a woman should go to prison for killing what you regard as a baby. I appreciate your views though, thanks.

@@bonnie43uk I would ask you, if the law says abortion is perfectly legal, does God give His approval? Are you seeking God's approval or man's?
@sidwhiting665 Жыл бұрын
@@bonnie43uk , no because it's the doctors who perform the actual killing. They are the ones who should be punished. They are violating their Hippocratic oath which states, "First, do no harm." . The women have been sadly deluded by modern feministic rhetoric to think of the child as only a clump of cells and by abortion providers who should be the last line of defense for innocent human life. I support both the babies and their mothers in choosing life. I do this with my time, talent, and treasure through crisis pregnancy centers that provide care, both pre and post natal, as well as resources. I do not just "Talk the talk"... I walk the walk. . What do you think should happen to people who take innocent human life when there are alternatives?

And yet... this verse in the Bible. "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End."
@MSNYdude Жыл бұрын
There is nothing that starts or ends that God is not in divine control of. He’s not saying God will end, he’s saying God is what is behind there even being a beginning or end- He is the orchestrater of time, therefore He literally is, by definition, the beginning and end.

God judging at 4:13. I spent an entire year on the Old Testament in my adult class. The acts of so-called genocide were often done against enemies of God. Even the faithful who disobeyed God were judged and punished. The stories about facing the enemy in battle are also interesting. It shows that God prevails even under poor odds of winning. Of course one of the most important books of the Bible is found in the Old Testament. The book of Job teaches us about overcoming adversity. And honorable mention goes to the strong women found in the Old Testament.

Great comment, I've been watching videos of Cliff for a while and others like his and when they are faced with these tuff questions I would hope that they go back to the source instead of ultimately saying they don't know , clearly in the early scriptures it was pointed out that that these groups of people's that were defeated was because they followed other gods and dabbled in paganism and many other sins ,Yah chose Israel to be a special people go Himself , to learn His ways and follow His instructions which the rest of the world didn't , Israel was to be a priesthood to the rest of the world so that all should serve and worship the one true and Living Elohim, there's so much more to be said on this subject , but what ever you don't find mentioned in this comment section you definitely can find in the Bible you just have to read it and our Father's Holy Spirit will help you put it together , thanks for listening 😎
